"While I didn't get my bike from these guys, they were VERY helpful and continue to offer advise and service. Mike in sales is very knowledgeable and helpful. Joe is a leasing agent and has done a great job to assure my recent transaction was to my satisfaction. While he was a bit challenging to reach, his receptionist Sharon was very patient and kind with me. Lastly, in purchasing accessories, Brandy was simply AWESOME in assuring I selected just the right helmet and jacket - she wasn't bothered that it took me quite a while to decide . . . like I say, she is awesome! I'm very pleased with this cycle shop - you should at least check them out - the new sales floor looks great with lots of selection. "I just wanted to share my recent experience with the staff at your MDK Motorsports Folsom Store. I have to say that it did not start off the greatest, but once I mentioned that I was having some problems it has been nothing but great from that point forward. At the beginning of July I purchased a KX 250F and was treated great by the sales staff, and specifically Forrest Percy. Since that time I have been in your store many times ( I fall a lot) and continue to be treated great. The parts/accessories staff (Steve, Tim, A.J., and Barry) are knowledgeable, thoughtful and courteous; and always treat me like I am a VIP. I have taken the time to fill out the testimonial on your web site and will continue to tell everybody that I run into what a great store you have in Folsom. Sincerely, John"

"I recently purchased a bike at your Redwood City location, and I just wanted to compliment your staff on their friendliness and level of professionalism. As a former professional salesperson, I know the difference between good and bad service in a sales environment, and your staff is truly top-notch. I had also shopped at East Bay Motorsports, and your staff is as good as theirs is bad. I was pleasantly surprised when I shopped at MDK, as I expected the same experience, thinking all bike dealers would be the same way. "I dropped by and talked with the service department at MDK motorsports in Redwood city , and talked with the service manager, Alan. He knew exactly what was involved in the current recall on ZX14, and told me that they had done a few over the previous week, including one new 06 that is on the showroom floor. I made an appointment for the Saturday and dropped the bike off Friday night (I couldn't go Saturday morning due to other commitments), and on Saturday around lunch hour I got a call from Alan to come pick up the bike, everything checked out ok and no further work was necessary. Anyhow, from the dealing I had with them, I give Alan a huge thmubs up for being very professional, knowledgeable, and by the book kind of a service manager. They will be on top of my list for any future warranty work. "

"I didn't expect to get a bike this quick. I was just looking around for a bike, and I went to a place in Santa Clara close to where I live. I saw my bike R6, tried to get it, but the customer service was so poor there. I work where its all about customer service, and it seemed as if they did not really care about my needs, so 3 of my friends and I went to MDK, and I actually referred 1 of them. On my day off I went to see what bikes they had and the prices on them. Rick R. greeted me within 2 mins looking at the bikes. I was there for 30 Mins and picked out a bike that I was interested in, and a week later I am going to pick it up. Even though I was just shopping, the customer service is what catches the customer. The crew in Redwood City are just great, and I will send all my friends and family down there to get a bike, and when my girlfriend is ready we will get ours there. Keep up the good work Crew."
